For years, families across Stillwater have trusted Little Victories to care for their children with warmth, skill, and consistency. They choose us for our 100+ years of combined teaching experience, 4-Star Parent Aware Rating, and flexible scheduling for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. We're a small, close-knit team on a big mission: helping every child feel safe, seen, and celebrated.
Little Victories is a clean facility equipped with the latest security features. Licensed by the state of Minnesota, we have taken many steps to ensure children are safe when they are in the facility.

Little Victories holds Minnesota’s highest 4-Star Parent Aware rating, using an NAEYC-aligned, theme-based curriculum. Lead Teachers focus on five key developmental areas: physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and creative.
Classrooms follow structured daily routines alongside weekly posted lesson plans to keep parents connected. However, staff adapt schedule and curriculum daily to embrace teachable moments and individual learning paces. Ultimately, Little Victories provides a fun, welcoming environment designed to engage both young minds and bodies.

Kami
Center Director
Kami has been with Little Victories since 2014 and has worked in every classroom. She is a versatile educator who understands child development and is dedicated to helping children make the most of their formative years. She believes in professional development and supporting our staff and families as they navigate day-to-day challenges of early childhood education and care. She has two children of her own and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
See
Assistant Director
See has been with Little Victories for 9 years and has worked in every age group. She loves kids and has a knack for making them smile. She is a patient and diligent caregiver that wants the best for every child. In her spare time, See enjoys hanging out with her friends and her family, which includes three daughters.
Darlene
Lovely Ladybugs (Infant 1)
Darlene has a degree in early childhood education and joined Little Victories in 2017. She loves working with infants because they grow so much in the first year and she loves to see how they develop. She feels that children are very sweet and loves how expressive they can be. Darlene is married and has 4 boys. She likes to read, write, and be with her family in her spare time.
Kayla
Wiggly Worms (Infant 2)
Kayla has a degree in Psychology. She is a loving and devoted caregiver that truly enjoys figuring out what works for each individual child. She loves seeing them grow and develop and feels like she is learning something new every day just as they are!
Tyler
Curious Caterpillars
(Younger Toddlers)
Tyler joined our team in 2019. She loves the excitement that goes along with caring for children. She enjoys how they are so excited about life and unpredictable too! In her spare time, Tyler enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters.
Crystal
Busy Bees
(Older Toddlers)
Crystal joined the LV team in 2013. Crystal’s sense of organization and routine brings comfort to our Busy Bee room. She loves seeing the kids have fun and take on new responsibilities. She believes in her kids and loves to see the pride in their eyes when they accomplish something new! In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her teenage son, family, and friends.
Nina
Delightful Dragonflies
(Preschool 1)
Nina has been teaching preschool with LV since 2013. She has earned her CDA and loves to learn new things to bring into the classroom. What she enjoys most about working with children is seeing them get excited when they learn something new. She is a skilled teacher with a gentle touch; everyone loves Miss Nina! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two boys and going to concerts.
Pam
Creative Crickets
(Preschool 2)
Pam joined Little Victories in 2015. She has a degree in Art. Pam enjoys working with children because they are so excited to learn and soak everything in like little sponges! She is particularly adept at helping children with sensory issues and takes pride in getting to know what makes each of the children in her class tick. Pam is a talented artist that loves to paint in her spare time.
Andi
Fabulous Fireflies
(Pre – Kindergarten)
Andi recently joined Little Victories with many years of experience as a Preschool teacher in Wisconsin. She leads our PreK class with a calm hand, never forgetting that respect, learning, and fun start with the teacher! In her spare time she enjoys spending every minute with her own children!
Proud to Offer Warm & Nutritious Lunches Every Day From Premier Kitchens Catering
There are two options for meals:
- Parents may provide a meal for their child. (See below for meal requirements.)
- If paying our hourly rates, families can choose to have Little Victories provide their child with a meal for an additional charge of $2 for breakfast and $4 for a warm lunch.
All meals are included in full-day and full-time rates at no additional charge. Little Victories will not serve any snacks, lunches, or dinners with peanut ingredients. We cannot, however, guarantee that there is no peanut in the facility. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us and request to talk to the Director.
* Little Victories does not allow shared food to be brought into the center.
Rates
Little Victories understands every family has unique needs; that is why we offer the most flexible rates in the St. Croix Valley. Please call or email us for more information and a rate schedule.
Schedules
Scheduled time for 3 or more hours may be submitted anytime in advance and may be set up to reoccur weekly. Schedule requests for less than 3 hours may be submitted 1 day in advance and are subject to availability. Families will be billed for the entire time of the scheduled time plus any additional time their child spends in the center. Scheduled time may be cancelled or changed up to 6:00am the day of the service to avoid being charged. (A voice mail may be left the night before).
Reservations may be submitted 3 ways:
Email: Submitted to reservations@lvictories.com. Families will receive a confirmation via email between the hours of 7:30 and 4:00 Monday through Friday. Additionally, requests will be confirmed frequently at night and over weekends.

Payments
The preferred method of payment is Tuition Express. Clients who are unable to use Tuition Express must pre-pay for all services. Little Victories accepts cash, checks, Visa, MC, and Discover. Tuitions are due the Monday after the week of attendance. Tuitions that are not paid by 6:30pm on Monday for the previous week will incur a $10 late fee per child. Payments that are returned through Tuition Express and returned checks will also incur a $10 per child. Outstanding balances will incur a $10/week per child until the balance is paid in full. Payments that are returned due to an expired credit/debit card may be resubmitted within one week without a fee assessed.
Registration Information
We have no registration fee; however, we require the first week’s tuition as a deposit in order to hold the spot for you. This deposit is nonrefundable if you decide you no longer need care but will be used toward tuition when your child begins attending.
Enrollment packets will be provided upon confirmation of availability. We are happy to give tours of our facility, have you meet the staff, and answer any questions you may have. Please inquire at 651-439-0799
