Frequently Asked Questions

  • What age children do you accept?

We accept children from 6 weeks through 12 years old.

  • What forms do I need to fill out for my child’s initial visit?

Upon the first visit, parents will need to fill out the Student Registration Form and Child’s Immunization Form. A copy of the child’s immunizations is acceptable. An Emergency Card is also needed and is available at the center. A Health Care Summary is also required. However, we are able to request one from your health care provider on your behalf during your initial visit.

  • Do I need to specify the exact time I will return?

No. One of the benefits of our center is that there is no penalty when you are running behind, unless, of course, it is closing time!

  • How does a top-rated childcare curriculum support early childhood development?

Our educational curriculum is built on developmentally appropriate practices designed to support the whole child. We focus on five core areas of early childhood development: physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and creative growth. To achieve this, our trained educators prepare weekly lesson plans and structured daily routines that engage children in active, hands-on learning. We believe in a personalized learning approach, adapting activities to match the unique pace and interests of each child. By balancing structured educational activities with creative play, we help children build a strong foundation for future academic success and lifelong learning.

  • Can I make a reservation?

With our recurring reservation option, parents can create a new schedule each week and still only pay for the hours they use. This is a perfect fit for full-time and part-time working parents. Reservations for 3 or more hours may be made at any time. If the time requested is less than 3 hours, the reservation may be made 24 hours in advance.
